The leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra, "IPOB" Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, is to appear before a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Monday 26th July 2021 despite court vacation; this was coming barely 72hrs after the Attorney General of the Federation Abubakar Malami threatened to unleash the Nigerian security operatives on IPOB members who are planning to attend the court sitting of their leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, for the avoidance of doubt on 9th July 2021 the office of Chief Judge of the Federation Chief Justice .S.Garba made it known that the court will proceed on its annual vacation beginning from Friday 23rd July 2021 till Monday 6th September 2021 when the court will resume it's the new legal year.
As was widely reported on Friday 23rd July 2021, Kanu's legal team, ably led by Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, revealed that the court case would hold as was earlier scheduled by Justice Binta Nyako despite the court vacation, Barrister Ejiofor, who made this known via his Facebook official page said, and I quote: "We have just received confirmation from Federal High Court Abuja, that the Hearing on Our Client's case above referred will still go on as earlier scheduled on Monday next week being the 26th Day of July 2021.

Thank you all and remain blessed" Haven learned that the court case would hold, it will interest you to know that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was kidnapped in Kenya by the Nigerian government with the help of the Kenyan government and has been in the Nigeria DSS dungeon ever since his Extraordinary Rendition on 19th June 2021, The Nigerian government haven committed the crime of Extraordinary Rendition, there is this tendency that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has the diplomatic right not to hear his case in a country which violated international law to kidnap him and fix his court hearing without the knowledge of his lawyers.
Since the international laws have been broken by Kenya and Nigeria in the abduction of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, a British national with a British passport, then Kanu's legal team should invite British lawyers, ambassadors and consulates to investigate the abduction of her citizen by fixing a hearing at the ICC.
Commonwealth nations whose laws have been violated by the Nigerian government should rise and stop the trial of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu; they should file a petition seeking to investigate and prosecute the Nigerian government for Extraordinary Rendition of a British national; the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu should be an international case, they should sanction this Buhari regime of terror and tyranny and demand for an unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
Extraordinary Rendition is an international crime that must not be swept under the carpet. Following the threat of Abubakar Malami, the attorney general of the federation, I am using this medium to place the world on high alert that the Nigerian security agencies have planned to secretly abduct Biafrans on their way to Abuja and possibly execute them; there is also a plan to assassinate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu that day or after the court sitting.
