The press briefing between Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of Indigenous people of Biafra and Dr Cho Ayaba, the leader of the Ambazonia war of liberation on the 9th of April 2021, reveals the relationship between the people of Biafra and Ambazonians. The pains Biafrans are experiencing, like killings, marginalization, intimidation, Abduction, raping, etc., are also happening in Ambazonia. The way Cameroonians are oppressing Ambazonians is the same way Nigerians are oppressing Biafrans.
Ambazonians are fighting for their freedom from Cameroon; likewise, Biafrans don't want to be part of Nigeria anymore. Both Nations are fighting to be free from their oppressors. Ambazonians and Biafrans are one people. They look alike, and both use English as their official language. Some Ambazonians are part of Biafra or, should I say, live in Biafra land, e.g. Bakassi area of Cross River State, which is in Biafra land.
In the first republic, Ambazonians and Biafrans were in the same party, the NCNC (National Council of Nigeria and Cameron). Ambazonians and Biafrsns usually have their political meetings at Enugu Biafra land, which shows that they are one people. The Biafran leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been jailed in Abuja (Nigeria ); likewise, the Ambazonian leader Julius Sisiku Ayuk Tabe, still in prison in Yaounde ( Cameroon ). Biafrans and Ambazonians have the same biological and cultural heritage.
The rogue governments in both Nigeria and Cameroon will see the coming together of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Dr Cho Ayaba (handpicked by the jailed Sisiku to lead the Ambazinians' war for liberation) and the exchange of views and ideas of the two leaders as a considerable threat to their existence. They will try to stop them, but they must understand that IPOB led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is unstoppable, and I also believe that the same spirit is in Ambazonians. They will build a powerful alliance that will be impossible for the enemy to penetrate. There is a saying that two good heads are better than one.
The coming together of families that have been separated for more than sixty years now is a considerable encouragement to do more. It means that there is no going back until the two Nations regain their freedoms. I encourage the two leaders not to retreat or surrender, no matter the amount of pressure or force in-kind or cash, until both nations' freedom is restored.
