Over 50 persons dead uncountable missing many homes burnt and property worth millions destroyed in Ebonyi following the crisis that engulfed between two seating politicians from the area over who controls Effium Multi-million Generating Multipurpose Motor park in Ohaukwu LGA. A reliable source who spoke in the condition of anonymity confirmed that the crisis over who controls the town between the man from Ezza Effium and the man who claim to be an indigene of Effium, began as a childlike play misunderstanding from an unconfirmed date between the Ohaukwu LGA chairman and the state house of Assembly representative member from the affected area and was not able to be settled in the round table discussion, despite being members of same political party in the state APC, which Governor David Umahi mandated them to decamp with him.
The crisis has so far claimed the lives of so many innocent citizens and lose of property worth millions at Ezza Effium and Effium in Ohaukwu LGA, including the home of Barrister Cyril Ndubuisi Orogwu the head of Ebonyi IPOB legal team in Effium, the council equally confirmed that his cousin is missing as a result of the attack.
Following The bloody Crisis, the people of Effium insisted that the Ezza People residing in Effium should vacate with immediate effect, this has increased the volume of the crisis and the damages.
People of goodwill from the affected area and beyond has called for peace and immediate conflict resolution among the brethren in bloody crisis.
Those who allow themselves to be used by the politicians as thugs to unleash mayhem on their people has been urged to desist from it because the politicians will leave the stage and they'll carry their cross.
