Is IPOB the #EndSARS youths, currently protesting across the country for a better future? What was his conviction that IPOB members were the Youths protesting? Has he seen any of the protesting youths wearing IPOB insignias or armed with any of such, during the protest? The pronouncement is ultra vires, has no foundation in law and to that extent, it is dead on arrival, and can not stand.
It is more so when @MaziNnamdikanu, the Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) had made it public that IPOB is yet to join the protest, and will only do so in the coming weeks.
We will take necessary steps to get him hurriedly, but faulty packaged pronouncement set aside in court. Even the purported proscription of IPOB by the Federal Government of Nigeria still a subject of Appeal.
@GovWike should direct his energy towards addressing the concerns being raised by the Nigerian Youths and restiveness that was occasioned by Govt's inability to meet their demands.
