UNLAWFUL ARREST AND ARRAIGNMENT OF IPOB MEMBERS BY DSS OFFICIALS IN ENUGU MAGISTRATE COURT

Recall that some of our family members, Pastor Joseph Nku, Hon Felix Amu and others were picked up by the members of Fulani controlled Police Force since December 2019.

They were accused of attempt to commit Crime by belonging to a proscribed Association and unlawful gathering and were arraigned before the Magistrate court of Enugu.

They have been granted Bail today by the Magistrate and hopefully the Legal Team will meet up with all the requirements for the bail.
