TWO MEMBERS OF IPOB ARRESTED IN AKWA IBOM ON 30TH MAY FOR WEARING FACEMASKS OF BIAFRA COLORS GRANTED BAIL

The unlawful arrest and detention of two Biafrans in Ikot Ekpene Akwa Ibom State on the 30th of May after the candle Night was a rude shock to the IPOB Family Worldwide.

On the 30th May, after a successful Candle Night, Members left the venue to their homes but unfortunately two of our family members didn't reach their respective homes. The Nigeria Policemen stopped them on their way and molested them for wearing Facemasks with Biafra colours.

The Law to wear Facemasks in the heat of Covid-19, was enacted by Nigeria Government and one wonders if the choice of colour of facemask was also made in the Law. How could Police officers molest and arrest innocent people because of the colour of the Facemasks they wear? It can only happen in a Zoo Nigeria.

These Family Members have been in detention for flimsy and disgraceful charges of Terrorism for just wearing a particular colour of Facemask.

Questions you may ask are:

Ø  Were they caught committing any crime with the Facemasks?

Ø  Were they arrested at a particular scene using it to intimidate the next person?

They were picked up on the road as they were going home. One of them had his Mask hung on the handle of his Bike while in another location the other brother wore his Mask.

It is such a laughable and shameful thing to read about and regrettably it can only happen in Nigeria, the evil contraption.

A country where Terrorist Herdsmen kill, rape and flaunt AK-47 rifles and they are not arrested. A country were Trucks belonging to a Fulani billionaire Dangote has been arrested severally for conveying ammunition and Terrorists into the BIAFRA Land and yet he has not been invited for questioning.

To the glory of God, our brothers have been released from the torture Chambers of the FULANI Policemen.
