The indigenous people of Biafra family in Ohaji-Egbema, Imo state under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on Saturday 5, October 2019 continued in their quest to liberate Ohaji-Egbema from the darkness of Nigeria.

Ohaji-Egbema local government is known for the rich deposit of crude oil and gas on her soil but the most neglected and marginalized area in the zoo called Nigeria, in their divide and rule tactics the crude oil deposit in Ohaji-Egbema is pumped out at the riverine areas of Biafraland and accounted for Bayelsa and River states just to cause rift and hatred among Biafrans it is a well-known fact that the gas deposit in Obile Asa Ohaji alone is enough to power the whole west Africa.

In Ohaji-Egbema most communities are still electricity, no good road, no good healthcentres, and hospitals, some communities lack good primary and secondary schools on this account the government coordinator Mazi John Orioha is taking every step in the right direction to see that the light of Biafra is seen in shining in Ohaji-Egbema.

During the genocidal war of 1967-70 Ohaji-Egbema people stood and fought they defended Biafra land, one of the most popular and brutal events during the war happened in Ohaji, the Ohoba sector where the vandals (Nigeria) suffered one of their most casualties, the Biafran soldiers camped in Obosima (another Ohaji community with one of most number of young men who fought and defended Biafra) where men of Ohaji-Egbema came out en-mass fighting and defending the land of Biafra, the history of Biafra will be incomplete without the mention of Ohaji-Egbema (Ohoba sector)
Over the weekend the Ohaji-Egbema Coordinator Mazi John Orioha and his executive selected Chief Boniface Obilo as the Chairman of Biafra elders council Ohaji-Egbema while Mazi Bakasua is now the new welfare officer both officers have been charged with the responsibility of carrying the gospel of Biafra restoration to every part of Ohaji-Egbema and beyond.

The Biafraland National coordinator and the Imo state coordinator who were present in the meeting at the weekend warned that nobody should be seen insulting Mazi John Orioha the Ohaji-Egbema coordinator or risk suspension or expulsion because he represents our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
No one else needs the restoration of Biafra more than the people Ohaji-Egbema, to have access to quality education, healthcare, good and quality access roads, electricity and total poverty alleviation.
