The immediate past Governor of Imo state, Owele Rochas Kanayochukwu Okorocha used the word to portray his dissatisfaction towards the behaviour of the people of Imo state against his government. Rochas believed that his people should have sheepishly agreed to all his decisions whether favourable or unfavourable to them. Okorocha, when discovered that the implies are tired of his dictatorial government, qualified their behaviour as IBERIBERISM.

Before we go further, we need to know the meaning of the ward IBERIBERISM. The ward IBERIBERISM was fabricated from the Igbo ward IBERIBE. Iberian means stupidity or barbarism. In Igbo Land, when someone misbehaves, we can call him or her one-bribe. Meaning a stupid person.

Coming back to the main purpose of this article, I can use the ward IBERIBERISM to refer to certain categories of people in Biafra land or among Biafrans. You see, some of our people claim to be claver. Some consider themselves as the wisest basing on what they think or how they rate themselves. Some regard themselves as the most prudent due to an inferiority complex. Now let's go to the details.

Some of our political representatives especially the senators, the governors, etc of the Biafran extraction are just in the government of Nigeria for the interest of their families. Those people have failed the masses due to the fear that they have for the northerners. Some of those elements believe that our people are not worthy to challenge the northerners in the government of Nigeria no matter what they do. On the other hand, those lunatics believe that northerners are more important in the government of the zoo called Nigeria than the southerners. For me, l strongly believe that IBERIBERISM can also be used to qualify the negligence of duty. IBERIAN can also be used to qualify someone who betrays his or her people for his personal interest.

Coming to the critical situation of Ndigbo and Biafrans in general, it is very shameful that in the whole Biafra land, that it is only Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe of Abia state who is also one of the shorties to the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi KANU that is ready to sacrifice himself for the benefit of the people he is representing. It is only Abaribe that can rise up to challenge the injustice against the southerners especially the Biafrans in the zoo called Nigeria. My question is where are others in the senate and house of representatives? Why are they keeping silent as if nothing is happening? After taking oaths of allegiance to fully fight for the interest of their people, they focus on the interest of their families and personal interest. Is that kind act not IBERIBERISM? Is that not stupidity? You believe that as far as the lives of your family members are secured, that others can perish. Is that not IBERIBERISM?

So, even Rochas Okorocha who created this ward IBERIBERISM is culpable. Rochas wanted to transform the government of Imo state to his family affair. He made himself emperor over the people of Imo state. The same thing in Ebony state. Where a sitting Governor David Umahi opened his dirty mouth to say that Ebonyi state is not part of Biafra. That is IBERIBERISM of the highest order. The same David or Devil Umahi banned Ohamadike one of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi KANU in 2017 from entering Ebonyi state during His Biafra land official tour. With the claim that people of Ebonyi don't want Biafra. But Nnamdi finally entered into Ebonyi and was welcomed by the people of Ebonyi in a magnificent way. Is that not IBERIBERISM?

When Ohaneze Ndigbo and Igbo Governors invited the Fulani soldiers to come and assassinate Nnamdi KANU on 14th September 2017 but unluckily to them, Nnamdi escaped the assassination attempt. Was that not IBERIBERISM? Now that the Fulanis are killing and trying to take over the whole southern Nigeria but our leaders have remained powerless, is it not IBERIBERISM?

Now that all the prophecies of Nnamdi KANU have come to pass but our leaders who opposed him at the initial time have failed to acknowledge that Nnamdi was right, is it not IBERIBERISM? Let's appreciate the fact that 99% of our leader is corrupt.
