THEY ASKED ME IN A MEETING, WHY DO YOU WANT BIAFRA SO DESPERATELY?

Nnamdi Kanu: I was in a very important meeting days ago here in America. They asked me, why do you want BIAFRA so desperately and don't I know that Freedom for BIAFRA means destabilization of West Africa?

And I asked them, who was destabilized when Soviet Union collapsed? They could not respond. Who was destabilized when Yugoslavia collapsed? They could not answer me. Who was destabilized when East Demo was carved out of Indonesia? Who collapsed when Kosovo gained Independence?

And I said to the man, if nothing happened to Soviet Union, a nuclear power, nothing will happen to us in West Africa.
