In our world today, the quest for freedom by the Biafrans
continues, with the emergence of the most vibrant separatist secessionist group
in the world; Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and her ever formidable leader
Nnamdi Kanu. The generation of this day never stops showing the world how
determined they are to break away from the long-time expired entity called
Nigeria.
Yet, Nigeria never seem to get tired on carrying out
genocide on Biafrans. The recent genocide unleashed on Biafrans sends a clear
message that they've been long marginalized in the so called One Nigeria.
Here is a list of recent recorded genocide carried out by
the Nigeria Government on Biafrans;
(1) 30th August 2015 which happened at Onitsha, Anambra
state claiming over 10 lives and leaving others seriously injured.
(2) 4th November 2015, occurred simultaneously in Enugu
state, Onitsha, Igweocha and subsequent protests.
(3) 3rd December 2015 Onitsha Head Bridge, which almost
take a life of more than 30 lives.
(4) 9th February 2016, National High School Aba, Abia
State which claimed over 25 innocent persons.
(5) 30th May 2016, Nkpor, Anambra State claiming over 700
lives and leaving hundreds injured.
(6) 20th January 2017, Igweocha, leaving over 15 persons
dead and several injured.
(7) 12th-14th September 2017, Umuahia and Aba, Abia State
claiming over 30 lives and others brutalized.
A lot of protests and rally has been held by the Biafrans
which has led to the detention of a lot of Biafrans. I will not stop here
without mentioning the recent killing of Biafrans by Nigeria police in Asaba
delta state. Many have gone for the sake of Biafra we will always remember them
Come quick oh Biafra
