There is absolutely no option to the declared order of
the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide, regarding the upcoming
"Sit-At-Home" across Biafraland, on the 30th of May 2019. All
Biafrans, friends, lovers of freedom and even the enemies, have to fully comply
with this day of memorial in honour of our fallen heroes and heroines. They
sacrificed their lives that we all may live.
We must not forget that over 3.5 million Biafrans
including men, women and children were cruelly wasted on the altar of genocide
by the Nigerian government, aided by the British led foreign armed mercenaries
against Biafrans between 1967 and 1970. On that fateful date of 30th of May
2019, we must also not fail to remember all our brethren who were maimed and
even mowed down in cold blood by the murderous Nigerian military during IPOB
organised peaceful protests and rallies in the Biafra restoration struggle.
Biafrans are expected all over the places to remain indoors on that day, in
memory of our victims. In as much as the Nigerian government and its security
operatives have decided to be unleashing mayhem on us each time we peacefully
gather as a people in public, it is exceptionally wise that the leadership of IPOB,
just as being done, activate "Option B" plan in carrying out its
functions. "Sit-At-Home" is the only brilliant alternative made
available for us this time around, to fully express our honour and respect for
our dead. All forms of protests and rallies have been shelved as we pay our
last respect to these men and women of honour who in the face of injustice and
death, staked their lives that we may live. We are all encouraged and enjoined
to be our homes, pray, mourn and eat our food, avoiding any transaction of any
kind.
This year's Heroes and Heroines Remembrance Day is
sacrosanct and so, nobody should fall prey to saboteurs in Biafraland or
elsewhere, selling the deceit to the gullible on doing the opposite. The
Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide ably led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has
very clearly issued an order to that effect and so it remains. The priceless
sacrifice of our fallen heroes and heroines must never ever be trifled with and
that becomes meaningfully fruitful and rewarding only when we continue to play
our ultimate roles in fulfilment. We must never prevaricate on this all-important
task come 30th May 2019. By honouring our fallen heroes and heroines, their
souls will continue to rest in peace. This is a memorial we must all keep faith
with as a family. The battle for the well-being of all Biafrans whether dead or
alive, remains our watch word.
