Mazi Uche Nwokorie the husband to late Mrs Ebere Nwokorie was a member
of IPOB Inyimagu family zone at Abakaliki LGA, Ebonyi state Abakaliki province
before their demise on 17th November, 2018 on a motor accident that claimed the
lives of almost all who were onboard.
Mazi and Lolo Uche Nwokorie died on a devastating and ghastly motor
accident along Afikpo and Abakaliki express road after Aba-Omege junction in
Onicha LGA, on the early hours of 17th November, 2018 while attending a wedding
of their relative at Mbano in Imo state.
Mazi Uche before their sudden and painful exit was a hardcore
IPOB member in Abakaliki province, whom after he abandoned Nigeria politics for
freedom of Biafra agitation was fully determined and ready to do anything to
bring down the British contraption called Nigeria from existing.
Members of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, both in Ebonyi state and his
country home of Imo state, massively attended the burial to accord them the
last respect at Mbano Imo state on 19th December, 2018.
Many friends and well-wishers of the family and the late deceased
husband and wife from all parts of Biafra Land especially from Abakaliki his
area of residence and Imo state his country home attended the funeral to pay
their last respect to them.
Speaking for and on behalf of IPOB, Ebonyi state, Bishop
Nwachinemere Stanley who is the PRO Ebonyi state IPOB and the head of the
Supreme Clergy Council Of Biafra, Ebonyi state chapter, cried out over the big
lose to the family of IPOB not just in Ebonyi but to the entire Biafra land. He
prayed God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss, Bishop
Nwachinemere on praying for their souls to rest in peace equally prayed Chukwu-Okike-Abiama
to avert such a mysterious dead in the family of IPOB worldwide.
Mr Chidi from Abakaliki the close friend to late Mazi Uche Nwokorie
shared his pains over the dead of his friend and a member in the same social
club at Abakaliki, the Capital city of Ebonyi state, he urged his children,
friends and family to emulate the good life lived by late Nwokorie Uche in his
life time on earth.
Speaking on behalf of the family, Mr Chika Nwokorie who is the younger
brother to the deceased explained the good gesture and life lived by Late Mazi
Uche Nwokorie and his wife Late Lolo Ebere Nwokorie on earth, he further
narrated how he has impacted positively into the lives of others especially his
families and siblings when their parents died, even while he was residing in
the Northern Nigeria as a civil engineer.
Mr Chika Nwokorie concluded by praying for the souls of his late brother
and wife to rest in peace, he appreciated those who came from nooks and
crannies of Biafra land to cheer the family and accord them the last respect
and prayed for their safe journey back to their various destinations.
