BIAFRA ABAKALIKI: IPOB EBONYI STATE INAUGURATE AMIKE ZONE 1

The Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), Ebonyi state; Abakaliki Province on 23rd December, 2018 inaugurated IPOB Amike zone 1 in Ohaukwu LGA Ebonyi North senatorial district.

On his remark shortly after he said the opening prayer, Mazi Ojima Kenneth, The Ohaukwu LGA coordinator welcomed those who found time to attend the inauguration despite their heavy schedules in the festive period, he appreciated the efforts of the unit coordinators in the zone for mobilizing their people to come out in a large number to join IPOB in the struggle to restore Biafra. He assured them that the restoration of Biafra is sacrosanct and in no distant time, the nation will be totally free from the British contraption called Nigeria. 

He further encouraged them to keep working hard till total victory achieved, because IPOB is not planning to either retreat or surrender despite all odd.

Addressing them before the inauguration, the state women leader Evangelist Mrs Chioma Iwuala expressed her level of joy on the rate at which the women in Ohaukwu LGA contributes to the success the women of IPOB Ebonyi state has recorded. She reminded them that come 2019, there will be no election in Biafra land because IPOB will boycott the Nigeria organized general election, she concluded by urging the men in the zone to bring their wives to participate in the struggle, because they have a lot of work to do for the betterment of IPOB in the actualization of Biafra.

The inauguration was performed by Ohaukwu local government area coordinator, Mazi Ojima Kenneth.

The inauguration was equally attended by the State Mobilization officer, Mazi Okechukwu Okocha, the state protocol officer, Mazi Ezeta Ozoemena, the state women leader, Evangelist Mrs Chioma Iwuala and other LGA and senatorial district principal officers.

Speaking after the inauguration, the coordinator of the newly inaugurated zone, Mazi Donald appreciated his people for coming out to answer the call for freedom. He pledged his total commitment in working for the actualization of Biafra not just in their jurisdiction but to the entire state and beyond.

The zone is made up of four units which includes: Uffuipoto unit coordinates by Mazi Ogeh Paul. Umuebe unit coordinates by Mazi Ogeh Emmanuel. Amovu unit coordinates by Mazi Agbo Friday and Umueze unit coordinates by Igwe Monday.

Many from the community largely came out for the inauguration which took place at Amike Izhia.
