It isn't news anymore; that the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is
pulling the foundation of Nigeria with her fundamental rights to freedom and
with her forthcoming referendum exercise. Ever since Comrade Emma Powerful
(IPOB Media and Publicity Secretary) made a press release early this year and
stating that IPOB will conduct her first Referendum exercise this year 2018.
Also made it available that IPOB has finalized the print out of about 40
million ballot box (paper) in preparation for the forthcoming Referendum
exercises in Biafra land. The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) aren't taking
any chances than to utilize this great opportunity to evangelize at every nooks
and cranny of Biafra land in propagating the gospel of Biafra to every citizens
that seeks freedom.
Read the press release below:
The indigenous people of Biafra through its media and publicity
secretary Emma powerful during the press statement on 19/06/2018 bring the
attention of the world to a people massacred, and a people which Britain and
their cohorts committed the highest genocide in the history of Africa in the
early 60's and the Hausa Fulani and their Yoruba slaves are bent on continuing
with that agenda hence Aliyu Gworzo is quoted to have said in the PointBlank
news magazine that Nigeria has been given to them to do with as they want, that
Allah through the British has given them Nigeria any other race can grumble,
morn and groan that it is the Fulani we respect, fear and bow to.
What Aliyu Gworzo said is the truth, our Ohaneze and the political
elites have great fear for the Fulani, respect and bow to them, if someone
wants to be governor or senator he must play along with the Hausa Fulani, the
Fulani people will give them a spiritual oath to take, that is why you see most
of them dancing to the tune of the Fulani, ready to kill and proscribe their
youths in order to keep their positions, most of them took an oath that is life
threatening that is why it's better for them to protect the interest of the
Hausa Fulani to stay alive than to support their people and die.
However, great warriors of freedom, may I use this opportunity to tell
us that IPOB worldwide has unanimously agreed to hold the first stage of her
referendum this year under the leadership of MAZI NNAMDI KANU. This plan is to
cover clan to clan and village to village. High powered committees have been
set for the distribution of the electoral materials soon.
It is highly paramount to understand that the call for referendum is not
the call for war. In this regard may I take you to history on the two notable
referendum conducted in Nigeria without war. First, in 1961, referendum was
conducted in Nigeria to decide the fate of the southern Cameroon to either join
the northern Cameroon or remain in Nigeria. The referendum was done peacefully
and they joined their brothers in northern Cameroon under that peaceful
referendum.
Secondly, another peaceful referendum was conducted in Nigeria to create
Midwestern region of today’s Edo and Delta states. This was done peacefully
without the threat of war or extinction of a particular ethnic group.
IPOB worldwide is building on these two peaceful referendums conducted
in Nigeria to decide the fate of her people.
Opinion: Our mind must be cast on the political, legal and diplomatic
implications of our forthcoming referendum.
Don't get it twisted. Referendum can be conducted by the Nigerian
government under the supervision of the UN officials and can also be conducted
by indigenous people like IPOB worldwide and supervised by international bodies
as well. Just as it was the case in Kurdistan, Catalonia, etc.
Nevertheless, the indigenes of Okirika (Sand Filled Unit) Province of
BIAFRA land in Rivers State had an interactive section with Rivers State Media
crew on their take on the forthcoming Referendum exercises by Indigenous People
of Biafra (IPOB) led by Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi and Deputized by Mazi Uchenna
Okafor Mefor. They made it vividly clear that, IPOB is the only organization to
be beacon upon; that every necessary supports that IPOB needs to enhance and
making the struggle a success; they will solemnly give quarter. They made their
ordeals known; that the Nigerian government has failed them, our land is under
occupation of the Fulani herdsmen terrorist. Our ancestry land will never be
given to Fulani terrorist. Is better to fight for freedom as a Freeman (with bravery)
and die in the process than live as a slave in Nigeria (Okirika Indigenes
roar).
The IPOB Okirika will never relent in the pursuit of Biafra until Biafra
is been restored. Our land is devastated, we lack social security system in our
land, no motorable road, no electricity, medical facilities are very poor, our
schools are nothing to write home about, what of our farm land? our mothers and
fathers are living with fears because of the operations of Fulani Jihadist
terrorist in different regions in Nigeria. The federal government of Nigeria is
seriously sponsoring these criminals to carry out these operations in our land.
Okirika (Sand Filled Unit) coordinator spoke further that where their salvation
lies is the total restoration of the sovereign state of Biafra.
The Indigenes of Okirika Province of Biafra land encouraged the
leadership of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) led by Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi
Kanu who was abducted by the Nigeria military on the 14 September 2017, never
to relent in the guest for the restoration of Biafra. And also, they demand for
the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who is still in the custody of
the Nigerian military after their invasion at Isiama Afara Ukwu Ibeku Umuahia
province of BIAFRA. Stating that the government of Nigeria led by Mohammed
Buhari (a.k.a Jubril Aminu from Sudan) will experience no peace until the Great
People of Biafra is free from modern slavery (Nigeria).
In Biafra we stand! we are urging everyone to stand solemnly with the
leadership of IPOB and make sure that every needed support to making this cause
a success must be granted. So, at the
end we shall rejoice and sing the lords song in the blessed nation of Biafra.
We urge IPOB activists to remain steadfast in the pursuit of freedom because
freedom is not cheap and freedom is not given by the oppressors but taken
forcefully from the oppressed.
In conclusion; we must remain resolute, steadfast, unshakable,
relentless, and most importantly, we must remain fearless before our enemies.
In Biafra our future is guaranteed.
