DETAILED UMUCHIUKWU WRITERS ECOWAS COURT PROCEEDINGS ON 25TH APRIL 2018: The Economic Community of West African State (ECOWAS) Court sitting in Bamako Mali, On Wednesday is the 25th day of April adjourned Court case of the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, fundamental rights suit on to 14th April 2018, with unnecessary malicious excuses.
RECALL that IPOB leader had filed the suit on March 3, 2016, demanding $800 million as compensation from the Federal Government for his unlawful arrest in 2015 and continued incarceration. On Tuesday, the 12th day of February 2018, the court presided over by Justice Hemeye Mahdmadane made further adjournment after entertaining a fresh application by the prosecution.

Meanwhile IPOB members grounded ECOWAS court in Bamako Mali at precisely 9:00 am while IPOB legal Counsel team arrived at the court by 9:45 am, Umuchiukwu Writers media was able to interview Mazi Ifeanyi Ejiofor IPOB legal counsel, in order to get first hand and comprehensive report of the court proceedings on the matter.

According to reports made available by the legal team of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the Court scheduled Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's case to be the 4th to be heard. Hence, the case was called upon at precisely 12:20pm, as has been the status quo, IPOB legal team led by Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor and Nigerian legal team introduced themselves, then IPOB Legal Team led by Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor was called by the presiding judge, according to the Judge he said some documents were not translated into English and for that reason that IPOB must pay for the translation,

3 IPOB Legal counsel responded to him by querying him why they haven't informed him since 2016 the case was brought to ECOWAS, IPOB Counsel further questioned why he was not told during the last court proceedings in Abuja the previous months.

After some arguments Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor IPOB Legal Counsel informed the court that he is ready for the payment, the presiding judge said that even though he paid 1,000,000 CFA that the documents will not be translated soonest, the judge ended the case by adjoining it to 28th May, Nigerian Legal counsel refuted it by saying, it is the Day which Nigeria celebrates their Independent Day, the presiding Judge choose 30th May, IPOB lawyer rejected it too pointing out that the supposed day is Biafran Fallen hero's day, after much arguement it was later agreed adjourne to 14th June 2018.

However, the IPOB lawyer warned the court that he will not entertain any unnecessary excuse(s) from the court again because justice delayed is Justice denied, further he pointed out that it has being a long time since the Nigeria lawyers have been using tricks to manipulate Judicial System as against the law.
