BRITAIN LEAVE BIAFRANS ALONE

Britain, in 1914 masterminded the amalgamation of the various nations in the geographical space presently called Nigeria using Lord Lugard as an instrument. The whole interest of Britain is because of the treasures they found in Biafra land. Since then, they have been enriching themselves with the resources with the help of Hausa / Fulani. After the declaration of Biafra in 1967 by Ojukwu, it was agreed in Aburi, Ghana between Ojukwu and Gowon that every Nation should govern themselves. Thereafter, Britain advised Gowon to reject that agreement. The focus of Britain was on all the resources in Biafra land, they believe that if Biafrans are allowed to govern themselves as agreed, the north would be left with nothing.

Another reason why Britain advised Gowon is that if Biafrans are allowed to go, they will no longer have access to their resources. Gowon accepted that advice and decided to go to war with Biafrans because they know that Britain will give them maximum support.
During the war, Britain supported Nigeria by blocking Biafrans, media, land, sea and air, which led to the death of more than 3 million Biafrans. Up till date, Britain is still making use of the resources in Biafra land.

The introduction of BBC Igbo by Britain is another strategy to sabotage the effort toward Biafra restoration. Why are they introducing BBC Igbo now, after years of BBC Hausa existence? The medium they did not create when it was most needed, Biafrans cannot forget in a hurry the atrocities committed by Britain in Biafra land. Even if they introduce BBC in all the languages we have in Biafra land, Biafrans cannot lose focus because their quest for the restoration of Biafra is sacrosanct, what they need is Biafra, not BBC Igbo or restructuring.

Britain doesn’t want to let go of the resources in Biafra land because they depend heavily on it. You cannot use what does not belong to you forever, the amalgamation has expired, you conducted a referendum and left European Union (EU), the same way, Biafrans will conduct their own referendum and exit Nigeria.
