Out of desperation to stop the activities of Indigenous
People of Biafra (IPOB), Nigerian current military junta led by Muhammadu
Buhari, has not only concluded plans to forcefully clamp down on Biafrans; he has
also concluded plans to steal the people’s hard-earned money within banks in
Nigeria and abroad. This is why he is praying countries of the world to assist
his government to achieve this objective.
You begin to wonder how he hopes to do this. Biafra
comprises of what is known today as South-south and South-east, and they are
indigenous peoples. IPOB is not just a group; it is the body of indigenous
peoples of Biafra. It is important therefore to know that when Nigerian
government claimed to have proscribed IPOB and wished other member nations of
the United Nations (UN) and European Union (EU) to support it, it was directly
and indirectly branding the entire people of Biafra as terrorists.
It is best to know the situation on ground and the
plight of IPOB in Nigeria today. This would help one to understand that
Biafrans are not terrorists by any stretch of the imagination. It is this
understanding that has made many developed countries like the United States of
America (USA) United Kingdom (UK) and France to reject the tag of terrorists on
Biafrans.
It is without doubt that the Nigerian government,
which is now a junta of Fulani cabal (led by Buhari), is trying everything to
stop the exit of Biafra from the expired contraption called Nigeria. It is
equally without doubt that if it means branding Biafrans terrorists so that
they are killed worldwide and completely annihilated, the Fulani would be happy.
Buhari's
cabal’s new plot comes in the form of a court order: “This Notice shall be
cited as the Terrorism (Prevention) (Proscription Order) Notice, 2017.” Based
on that, President Muhammadu Buhari is to order the forfeiture of assets
belonging to Biafrans to the Nigerian government.
Note: IPOB as a people led by Nnamdi Kanu don't have
any alleged "assets" as stated by FG, order than the normal
activities of every indigenous person within Biafraland in both South-eastern
region and South-south. The assets include government houses, house of
assemblies and the judiciary structures and assets. That means that everyone in
the land – both governors, house of representatives members, Senate members,
traders, clergyman. Fathers and Bishops, both secondary and university students
among others within the region are affected.
“Consequently, the general public is hereby warned
that any person or group of persons participating in any manner whatsoever in
any form of activities involving or concerning the prosecution of the
collective intentions or otherwise of the said groups will be violating the
provisions of the Terrorism (Prevention) Act, 2011 (as amended) and liable to
prosecution.
“This Notice shall be cited as the Terrorism
(Prevention) (Proscription Order) Notice, 2017.” Sources in the Federal
Ministry of Justice told The PUNCH on Monday that whichever institution, foreign
or local and foreign nation that failed to respect Nigeria’s stance on the
group would be designated as “unfriendly to Nigeria."
“Foreign missions operating in Nigeria and Nigerian
embassies abroad will also be notified.
“The President is also expected to appoint an
administrator for the forfeiture of IPOB’s assets since the group has been
declared unlawful in line with Section 62 of the Criminal Code Act.
“The forfeiture will no longer require any court
order.” it said.
Having scaled through the newly Buhari's cabals
decision against IPOB, it is important that all Biafrans (even those making fun
of IPOB) understand that if IPOB is not safe; they also are not safe.
Mind you, this means therefore that Nigerian
government does not require any court order to steal any Biafran’s wealth. This
means that your savings within Nigeria is in serious danger. Unless you rise up
now and support Biafra restoration by first of all, boycotting Anambra election
slated for November 18th this year, you are in for hard times.
But one thing is certain, IPOB will win – we always
win. You can take that to the bank.
