ABA BLOODY MIDNIGHT

The years of peace in Aba are now a thing of the past. Those who have never experienced war before in their life time can now tell how war not just looks like or is but also the horror attached to it. This is quite understandable as everyone in Aba and its environs are going through sleepless nights due to the clattering of bullets, gunshots, mass killings, burning down of houses, cries of people whose lives are being taken violently at these unholy hours of the night-from 12 Midnight till this 3.30 am of this September 13, 2017. This is happening live and being reported live.

It was a thing of wonder when terrifying and heart shaking Armoured Tankers of diverse kind and look rolled into Abia state, Aba in uncountable numbers on the 11th of September 2017. It was nothing short of preparation for a heavy war. The only confusion was that instead of these heavily built military outfits to be rolling out of the state, it was coming in. Looking at them you can tell where they are coming from-somewhere away from the state. The question on everyone's mind was, which enemies are the Nigerian soldiers going to encounter? Is the Third World War here?

All of these surprises have come to a close as it is very clear that the Nigerian soldiers have been sent by Buhari in agreement with the Governors who they place in Biafra land to launch a war on Biafrans in their own Land and at a time that they would find it difficult to defend themselves. And to confirm this agreement, the man Nigerian government placed to be governor in the state declared Dusk to Down curfew in the state. As if that curfew declaration is not evil enough, he commanded that nobody comes out in the night for the days declared.

This first night of what Nigerian military called "Operation Python Dance 11 in the South East" is really a bloody night in Aba. From the operation going on right now, it appears that some people were mapped out for killing prior to the commencement of this Python Dance 11. Otherwise, how can one describe a situation where these soldiers could move into peoples' houses, pull them out and kill them in such a horrifying manner. Some people are running into nearby bushes while so many are going down in a pitiable manner. Houses set ablaze. The tears are indeed ceaseless in Aba.

Unfortunately, no media is reporting this inhuman act going on now against unarmed innocent Biafrans. The government has not only denied the people protection but has made itself a channel through which these unarmed Biafrans are decimated. The government has by these act proceed to show that it is not a popular government.

Apart from my location now, you can hear choruses of Gun shots from various corners of Aba.
People are confused about where to run to especially as Aba has been besieged all round. There is no safe way out of Aba. A little pole away from Aba there is heavy presence of Nigerian military besides the ones brought for these midnight killings; at the entrance of Aba, there is a military camping, at Ngwa High school precisely; a little away from there another military camp, at Abayi Umueze to be precise.

A little away from there, there is another military presence, at Abia-Poly; a little away from there, there on the right, there is another heavy military camp, at 7 Dek precisely, a little away from there, there is another heavy military camp, at the park exactly, there is one also at Ngwa road by Ohanku, and several other places. There is, therefore, no way to escape from Aba. This is not to talk about the heaviest military at Isi Ala Ngwa. At this junction, the blood of Biafrans has flowed immeasurably courtesy "operation Python Dance 11" launched by Nigerian military against Biafrans.
