A REVIEW OF PRESIDENT BUHARI'S HATE SPEECH

After spending over 100 days in another man's country while leaving his country in poverty, it was expected that he will come back with a lot of apologies for staying so long without hearing from him. 

The amount of money that was spent on his medical picnic is over 200 million dollars. It was expected of him to come back with apologies and appreciation. 

But, unfortunately, he was brought back to come and give his own hate speech just as his brothers had. 

For a president to come back and give a one-sided speech shows his level of injustice and hatred for some part of the country. 

A lot of things have happened since Buhari's absence. If he really wanted to talk about situations or events in the country, he should have mentioned the Kaduna declaration in his speech, where the Arewa youths gave a quit notice to Biafrans living in the North. It is a declaration that caused a lot of reactions within and outside Nigeria.

Unfortunately, he never talked about that. All his speech was tailored and channeled against IPOB and Biafrans at large. 

He was only talking about the unity of the country, and instead of cautioning the Arewa youths for their hate speeche(s), hate songs and declarations, he played mute and focused on talking about how IPOB must be crushed. 

And the outcome of his blabbing is telling the soldiers to crack down on  IPOB and the social media(so laughable). It's only a jobless man that will take up unreasonable jobs just to be engaged with something. 

For the Nigerian military to agree to carry out such unreasonable job, it is clear that they are jobless. 

They want to stop the citizens from talking, so that they can do as they wish. They thought IPOB will be intimidated with such move.

How many times have thry cracked down on the Arewa youths for their provocative statements? How many times have they been cautioned?

I regard President Buhari's speech as a hate speech, because it is one-sided. He is committing the same offense he claims he is fighting against. 

It has been proven from all indications that He and other northern leaders are in support of the Arewa quit notice. That is the reason why none of them has been arrested. 

No amount of intimidation or hate speech against IPOB can deter or hinder the restoration of Biafra. The red line has been crossed. No going back. It is Biafra or death. 

Buhari's hate speech can never and will never stop Biafra.
