Reacting to what Obi of Onitsha, Igwe Alfred Achebe said during the visit of the leadership of Ohaneze Ndigbo, Anambra chapter, it was obvious that Igwe Alfred is only talking on behalf of himself and his own family members and not for Ndi-Igbo or Biafrans in general. He was merely exercising his freedom of speech.
The monarch has no right to speak for Biafrans and it's leadership because we have already concluded that there will be no more election in the geopolitical region of the South-East till a date for referendum is given.
The contraption called Nigeria is never going to be one and can't be one especially for those pretending that the unity of the country is non-negotiable. Take for instance, our sister who was killed last year by irate mob (Hausa/Fulani people) at Yan Robobi in Kofar Wambai market in Kano State. She was merely accused of blasphemy against Prophet Muhammad, the same thing implied to the killing of a middle-aged Igbo man who was stoned to death in Jiwa, a community in Abuja(so-called federal capital territory) for what they consider as the desecration of a mosque. The man was said to have urinated near a mosque which attracted the angst of a Muslim faithful who hurled stones at him while others joined him till the man died, and our so-called Governors, Senators and political leaders couldn't do anything about it. All they know what to do best is to seek for our votes and mandate every four years.
What about the notorious Fulani herdsmen who keep terrorising our people in their fatherland? What has the political leaders done towards eradicating the menace. The recent one is our sister Obiamaka Ngozichukwu who was raped and killed by Lagos Area Boys for refusing to be their girlfriend. What was the reaction of our so-called leaders over it?
Sorry to say this to Obiano and other local politicians that there will be no more election in Biafra land until a referendum date is fixed. The Obi of Onitsha should think twice before making unnecessary noise that will aggravate the pains and agonies of the masses which the Nigerian politicians inflicted on them.

Please why are you sorry? If they think that their continued stay in office is more important than the general wellbeing of the people, if they, for their selfish interests Will continue to suppress the voice of their people, why should you be sorry? Why? You have no idea how many non Igbos are in support of your cause. I only hope you all have the courage to see it through.
