Nigerian Army, which has been doing everything within its power to cover-up its atrocities against innocent Biafrans it murdered, has now taken its madness to the office of Amnesty International (AI), as the cover-ups failed. On Monday, March 20, it bribed some unemployed and integrity-challenged youths to threaten the human rights group, asking them to leave the country.

Demonstrating under the aegis of Global Peace and Rescue Initiative (GOPRI), one of those groups Nigerian government and its agents and agencies create to deceive the gullible. The GOPRI claimed Amnesty International was trying to turn Nigeria into a failed state. Speaking at the protest venue, a certain Melvin Ejeh, who introduced himself as Executive Director of the group, boasted that they would occupy the office of Amnesty International for five days if they failed the exit the within 24 hours.

For people who understand Nigerian government, its agencies and their deceptive stunts, this is one of them. It is in their custom to rent crowds with peanuts and ask them to act as protesters. It does fool anybody any longer.

In continuation, Melvin Ejeh had this to say: "let us warn at this point that there will be no interval of respite if AI fails to leave Nigeria at the end of the five days as we will activate other more profound options to make the organisation leave Nigeria.”

This was how leaders of the Nigerian Army boasted how they were going to crush innocent Biafrans who would rally in support in solidarity with Donald Trump on January 20. They sent men in armed gear unleashing armoured cars on the peaceful Biafrans, killed scores and maimed double the number. But since Amnesty International exposed them in their report, they have been trying cover-ups. Nobody was fooled; nobody is fooled. Everybody understands that the protest was just to intimidate the international body.

Using the same illogical lines of the Nigerian Army, Ejeh claimed Amnesty International was making “to indict the security agencies working day and night to restore peace in the North-eastern part of the country without condemning the heinous crimes committed by Boko Haram terrorists proved that the AI has ulterior motives”.

Ejeh and his likes think they can deceive the world. But many people in the world have come to the realization that Nigeria Army, Boko Haram and Fulani herdsmen are one and the same evil people. They already know that Muhammadu Buhari, Nigerian ruler, is their chief sponsor and commander.

The GOPRI Director argued that Nigerian government did not understand the game Amnesty International was playing and was applying the wrong remedy by using diplomacy. "This (Nigerian government’s approach), in our consideration, is not the right approach to dealing with this demonic entity. Its evil contaminates any country it chooses to work against. Its destructive touch leave countries in failed state," Ejeh said.

Indeed, this Ejeh and his foolish followers are a confused lot. Who does not know that it is Nigeria that is a satanic kingdom that corrupts everything it touches? Who does not know that Nigeria has not moved an inch in development since its 102 years of miserable existence? How can a grown man in Nigeria compare Amnesty International, which has fought for the rights of the down-trodden all over the world to Nigeria, which has massacred millions of its own population?

The fact is that Nigerian Army is in panic as its atrocities are getting out to the world, which is why they (the Army) are trying to intimidate Amnesty International. Since the rights group released its report on the atrocities of Nigerian Army, the Army has been doing all it could to undermine it. They are in panic mode struggling to save the neck of the prime actors of its atrocities like Chief of Army Staff, Burutai, and their commander in chief Buhari from facing the hangman’s noose.

Their attempt at cover-up started with denying the atrocities. When that did not work, they tried to set up an all Muslim committee of Northern Army elements. It did not fool anybody. That is the reason for the latest gambit of trying to intimidate Amnesty International. They have failed already; they must all appear before the International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague.
