Bringing to the notice of all and sundry that the ECOWAS Community Court of Justice dismissed a  preliminary objection filed by the Federal Government of Nigeria, challenging the jurisdiction of the court to hear a case of breach of fundamental human rights filed by Nnamdi Kanu. In a ruling on Tuesday in Abuja, Presiding judge, Justice Micah Wright, held that the court had jurisdiction to entertain the application. Wright ruled that the case was admissible. The judge then adjourned the case till April 27 for the continuation of hearing.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is suing the Federal government for illegal detention. Joined in the suit are the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice and the Director-General of Department of State Services (DSS). Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in the suit is seeking 800 million dollars compensation for violation of his human rights and an order directing his unconditional release and that of his personal belongings. We observed the sentimental rulings of ECOWAS lately, and we advise them to do the needful; assuring that justice is gotten for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

The Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra on Wednesday said the late Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu would have waged another war against the country should he be alive over the continued detention of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu. The MASSOB leader, Uchenna Madu stated this in a statement made available to newsmen in Awka, Anambra state.

Madu wondered what had kept Nwodo and other Igbo leaders from visiting Kanu even when it had become visible that they had been gallivanting about, paying solidarity visits to those who did not deserve such courtesies. This person have also failed to ask themselves the same question. While they are claiming to be peaceful, they are alleging Ojukwu going to war. I hope they don’t like violent? They are upeaceful; peaceful indeed. Freedom is not given, it is taken. 

The contraption called Nigeria must collapse. So funny; the zoo military had earlier the week, claimed to have set Eight-man panel to investigate the extra-judicial killings take had taken place in Biafra Land and some parts of the contraption called Nigeria. On one of the interviews granted by Channels TV to one of the Amnesty researchers, I was made to believe that the Nigerian military has no right to investigate themselves. It’s the same as telling a thief to investigate him/herself. Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Tukur Buratai, while inaugurating the panel at the Army Headquarters, Abuja, said the allegations were not good for civil-military relations and were capable of demoralizing the Nigerian personnel in the performance of their constitutional responsibilities.

Olayinka ; Col. L. B. Mohammed ; Col. UM, Wambai ;Mr Olawole Fapohunda and Lt. Col. CM Akaliro. Who is fooling who? How many Igbos or clans making up Biafra is found there? This is indeed madness.

Chief of Army staff, Tukur Buratai, has told those agitating for an independent state of Biafra to “forget it.” Of the groups clamoring for sovereignty, the campaigns of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB)  are the most pronounced. They have even had the cause to clash with security agents. Chief of Army Staff, Lt-Gen. Tukur Buratai Speaking in Abuja Monday after receiving an award conferred on him by a coalition of over 80 civil society organizations (CSOs), Buratai said the army would not condone any act that could lead to the disintegration of the country. This idiot is ready to join his father Muhammadu Buhari wherever he is. No one fights the highest and goes unpunished. Buratai has mocked the people of Chiukwu-Abiama, therefore he should be ready to face the consequences.

Another blatant lies; after claiming that the bloody Boko-Haram group has been defeated, the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has claimed to have destroyed a logistics base concealed by fleeing Boko Haram Terrorists (BHTs) in Sambisa. Two fleeing terrorists were tracked by NAF Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) aircraft to the concealed location where they had gone to retrieve some items before fighter aircraft were called in for a strike. The coordinated attack was carried out by a formation of two Alpha Jet and an F-7Ni fighter aircraft while the ISR aircraft remained overhead the target location to guide the attacking aircraft as well as provide battle damage assessment. The new inventory in the contraption called Nigeria is lying. Everything both living and non-living is now professional liars.

The fearless leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu has given a condition under which he must be released. Kanu said he is, however, not begging the federal government to release him from the prison without due process. Replying to questions thrown to him by the former governor of Central Bank of Nigeria Chukwuma Soludo who led a delegation of South-East and South-South leaders under the aegis of Nzuko Umunna, Kanu said his release must be legal.

"I am not begging to be taken out of this place (Kuje Prison); but if I must be released, it must be clean.”

He said if at all he will be released from prison, he would not accept anything short of the legal process as constituted by the law.

“My release from this place must be through the same legal process that brought me here (Kuje Prison),” Kanu said.

In his response, Soludo said, from Kanu's comment the major issue is federal government's obedience to previous court orders made on his (Kanu) bail and an unconditional release ordered by the court.

The Obi of Onitsha, HRM. Igwe Alfred Ugochukwu Achebe has stated that the detained Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has vision and courage by confronting the Federal Government on the subjugation of the Igbos in Nigeria.

Igwe Achebe made the statement in a meeting of prominent Igbo leaders in a bid to produce a 50- year development plan for Ndigbo, held at serene Gregory University, Uturu Abia State. Addressing the meeting, Obi of Onitsha lamented on the subjugation of Ndigbo more especially the youths, said that a strategic system must be put in place to propel the development of future leaders for Ndigbo to effectively execute the 50-year vision program. Nnamdi Kanu has a vision and he has the courage to ask questions on why an Igbo person is institutionally disadvantaged in the country. Let us not be ashamed of his actions, we are all Biafrans in spirit. We have to create an opportunity for our youths to rise.

The Nigerian government does not know that Biafra is a spirit; no force or bribe can stop us from agitating for Biafra. Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has assured that traders in the popular Aba market, as well as other manufacturers and entrepreneurs across the country, will benefit from N2 trillion government procurement contracts. He said this on Monday when declaring open the Made in Aba Trade Fair. In his speech, Saraki congratulated Senator Abaribe, for his foresight and devotion for continuing the event.

 “The dedication to continue this initiative has taken the Made in Aba Fair from being a local event to being a National event of worthy recognition. It is my hope that soon, Made in Nigeria, and Made in Aba, will become internationally recognized and respected. 

“Many of you will recall, that last year, when I visited this same Trade Fair with my Distinguished Colleagues from the 8th Senate, we promised that the Senate would continue to do everything in our power to ensure that Nigerian businesses and manufacturers begin to enjoy more patronage from the Federal Government. The money is still from our land; from the oil flowing at my father’s backyard.

Aisha Buhari, the wife of President Muhammadu Buhari, has endorsed Yemi Osinbajo’s Presidency, following the ailment that has befallen her sick husband, President Muhamamdu Buhari. This came as a rude shock, as Aisha said that the Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo, has developed the ability to lead Nigeria in line with the manifesto of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and ensure that a better Nigeria is realized. She stated this on Wednesday, in four consecutive tweets published on her handle, @aishambuhari, to hail Osinbajo on his 60th birthday. Mrs. Buhari wrote:

 “On the occasion of the birthday of Your Excellency, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, Ag. President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

 “I wish to extend my congratulations to you and to state that the years you have spent building your reputation in multiple capacities have today resulted in your ability to carry out your duties in line with the manifesto of the All Progressives Congress (APC), to ensure that a better Nigeria is realized. Congratulations and Happy Birthday @ProfOsinbajo”. 

This is highly welcomed because she has indirectly given the information that her deceased husband is a disgraced and a trait to the citizen of the contraption.

 A federal court in Lagos has ruled against former Abia state governor Orji Uzor Kalu is on trial on an N3.2 billion money laundering charge. The court rules that a prosecution witness would be allowed to give evidence. It is only in Nigeria that people of this statute continues walking freely in with impunity. He is undergoing this process because he is not a northern or from the west. There people in the north that are worst than Orji Uzor Kalu. They are meant to walk freely, while innocent people languish in their rotten jail. Such amount of money is embezzled in a country where people finds it difficult to eat two times in a day.

The lawmaker representing Ethiope East in Delta State House of Assembly, Evans Ivwurie, has alleged that an unidentified helicopter always delivers supplies inside the Ovre-Abraka desert of the state where Fulani herdsmen and their cattle reside. Speaking during a security meeting with stakeholders in Abraka, the lawmaker claimed that the desert has become a safe haven for thousands of herdsmen. The lawmaker described the desert land across the River Ethiope as a time-bomb waiting to explode owing to the activities of herdsmen in the area. The Nigerian government is aware of this development. They aid the terrorist group against Biafrans. This is why we called Muhammadu Buhari a terrorist.

A former governor of old Anambra State, Dr. Chwukwuemeka Ezeife has stated that the Igbo nation must produce the next president of Nigeria to liberate the country. According to the Ohanaeze Ndigbo chieftain, God did not create Fulani superior to others and as such, they would not continue to dominate the nation’s political terrain. The elder statesman was reacting to a recent statement credited to the chairman of the Arewa Consultative Forum, Alhaji Ibrahim Coomassie who said that no ethnic group would determine who becomes the next president of the country. Ezeife said in a statement that, 

“Such statements reflect the psychosis of superiority; they believe that Nigeria depends on them and they make all the decisions on issues that affect Nigeria. They have continued with that mentality, but they should remember that God created all of us equal with the capacity to aspire and we all have the rights on the basis of equity. With due respect, Biafrans seek nothing than a Biafran republic. We are not asking for any presidency; whoever that is interested in Nigeria’s presidency must relocate to the north or west. Biafra or every living thing in the zoo collapses.

Islamization agenda in Nigeria is inevitable. The Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II has asked the federal government to incorporate Arabic studies into Nigeria’s educational curriculum. Sanusi said the refusal to recognize Arabic studies is a costly by-product of the British colonialism in Nigeria. While delivering the Thomas Hodgin Memorial Lecture at the University of Oxford, the United Kingdom on Monday, March 6, the emir said the English language literacy mainstreamed by Britain does not make sense. The lecture, titled ‘Tradition, Modernization, and Reform. He said it is counterproductive that millions of children and adults in Nigeria who can read and write Arabic are described as illiterates. Sanusi said the neglect for Arabic studies in Nigeria’s education system feeds the structure of power and inequality that currently bedevils Nigeria.

    

In the empire of lies, truth becomes a crime; Nigeria is nothing but a zoo, a contraption and an empire of lies. The right of speech is orchestrated, limited in Nigeria.The Nigerian government has issued a warning to former president Goodluck Jonathan over the abduction of the Chibok school girls. In a statement released on Monday, February 6, the minister of information, culture, and tourism Lai Mohammed said Jonathan must stop engaging in finger pointing over the issue of Chibok girls. Mohammed said because the girls were abducted during Jonathan’s regime, pointing fingers is an unnecessary distraction for the present administration. The federal government’s warning comes after a report by a British newspaper that the British armed forces’ offer to attempt to rescue the girls were rebuffed by then President Jonathan.

Embezzlement upon embezzlement! where are all these money coming from? It’s coming from my father’s backyard; yet, we are being treated as second class citizens. The Auditor-General’s 2015 annual report has revealed that the Ministry of Power, Works and Housing failed to account for the sum of N9.2bn. Daily Trust says that the report revealed that the infractions were perpetrated by top government officials between January and December 31, 2015. The report showed that Ministry of Power, Works and Housing misappropriated N9.2billion. Others are Ministry of Petroleum Resources – N1.7 billion; Women Affairs – N20 million; Solid Minerals Development – N37.6 million; Transport -N87.8 million; Environment – N86.5 million and Niger Delta Affairs – N1.9 billion. Ministry of Defence – N2.692bn; defunct Ministry of Police Affairs – N1.839bn; Youths and Sports Development – N1.144bn; Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment – N1.076.bn, and the Ministry of Finance – N22.103m.

The criminal in Imo State has warned that nobody above 50 years will govern the state again. It’s obvious that in the contraption, people’s vote does not count any longer. Winners emerge even two years from the elections. Well, what do we expect from a country built on lies? The governor made this known in Owerri, Imo state capital as a special guest of honor at the occasion marking the beginning of the 2016/2017 legal year in the state, The Punch reports. Reacting to the remarks made by Mike Ahamba, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, the governor said that the governorship position of the state from 2019, are not meant for people who are above 50 years age bracket. He said: 

“Mike Ahamba SAN did not attack me today. This is unlike him, it maybe because he wants to be governor in 2019, but let me advise him not to contest because nobody above 50 will be governor in Imo again.”

Ekiti State Governor Ayo Fayose on Wednesday declared that he does not need the officers of the Nigeria Police and the Department of State Services (DSS) to give him protection again. He called on the Federal Government to withdraw the police and DSS men accusing the two security agencies of working for the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led Federal Government. Fayose made the outbursts during this year’s International Women’s Day celebration held at the Oluyemi Kayode Stadium in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital. He boasted that the APC-led Federal Government cannot capture power from him in the 2018 governorship election. This is how Biafran politicians will be, no criminality, no jeopardy no vanquish. Well organized and truthful. An innocent mind is never afraid of anything. The zoo politicians should stop hiding under force men if they are innocent.

Of course, Germany is already a Muslim country. Merkel of Germany has noted that Germany will soon become an Islamic state. When Mazi Nnamdi Kanu stated it that German is under Islamic rule, people never believed him. The Chancellor’s remarks represent the first official acknowledgment that Germany, like other European countries, is destined to become a stronghold of Islam. She has admitted that the country will soon become a stronghold. In France, 30% of children age 20 years and below are Muslims. The ratio in Paris and Marseille has soared to 45%. In southern France, there are more mosques than churches. The situation within the United Kingdom is not much different. In the last 30 years, the Muslim population there has climbed from 82,000 to 2.5 million. Presently, there are over 1000 mosques throughout Great Britain. Many of which were converted from churches. In Belgium, 50% of the newborns are Muslims and reportedly its Islamic population hovers around 25%. A similar statistic holds true for the Netherlands. It’s the same story in Russia where one in five inhabitants is a Muslim. Muammar Gaddafi once said that 

“there are signs that Allah will grant victory to Islam in Europe without a sword, without a gun, without conquest. The 50 plus millions (in Europe) will turn into Muslim continent within a few decades”.

It’s obvious that the Nigerian military thought they could fool Biafrans. After killing a good number of Biafrans, they also went further to investigate themselves. President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Chief John Nnia Nwodo has flayed  the setting up of a panel by the Chief of Army Staff, Lt General T.Y. Buratai to investigate  the alleged killing of members of the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB) and Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) by troops of the Nigerian Army. He said the army could not be a judge in its case. Nwodo,  in a two-page statement titled, 

 “Buratai, With Respect, You Cannot Be a Judge In Your Own Court” and signed by him,  stated that Buratai’s inquiry could not stand the test of objectivity and therefore, its outcome would not be acceptable to the umbrella body. The Ohanaeze boss expressed regret that his ceaseless call for a judicial commission of inquiry on the army’s brutality fell on deaf ears until Amnesty International got involved. “In Ezu River in Anambra State, 21 bodies floated for two months without anyone identifying them up till today.  

The Biafran Genocide Exhibition by the Indigenous People Of Biafra has on 10th March kicked off at Biafra embassy Spain. Biafrans from all corners of the earth arrived the venue a day before the event. It’s a remarkable event that will expose the contraption called Nigeria of all her genocidal acts against the people Of Biafra.
