3. Do you trial someone quietly after publishing the names on newspapers?
4. Do you try someone personally for agitating for self-determination? 5. Do you trial someone secretly for asking that Buhari should stop extra-judicial killings of his people by Buhari's army just as operation python dance is invoked in all Biafraland?
