The DSS have finalised their plans to commence the highest and most sustained period of arrests and illegal detention of IPOB family members across Biafraland starting from Monday, December 19th, 2016.
Their order is to eliminate where possible or detain where summary execution proves difficult. IPOB Intelligence units must place every DSS office and detention centre in Biafraland under remote video surveillance.
Every DSS operative in Biafraland must be identified and their details communicated to Head of Security in each zone. This is a massive operation sanctioned by Buhari and is to be executed in the early hours of Monday morning of December 19th, 2016.
Our people must resist them wherever we find DSS operatives or informants gathered. This is priority number-1 information and must be disseminated now to all Biafrans.
