Just as I said before, the Biafran Soldiers with Nigeria artillery should have a rethink for saving our home. Just as Lie Mohammed, the Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism and the Supervising Minister of Petroleum, Kachiukwu yesterday being 23rd of May 2016, appealed to Niger Delta youths to withdraw their ultimatum against the federal government that they are ready to dialogue with them. It will surprise you that same federal government just launched gunboat against youths above.
Over months now, there has been an uprising of protection from Biafrans over their natural and mineral resources against greedy politicians. The ones of note are Niger Delta Avengers (NDA), Isoko Militant group, Red Egbesu water lion and Egbesu Mightier fraternity of Izon. The militant groups are not killing any innocent civilian like that of Hausa Bokoharam and Fulani herdsmen; they are after the defence of their natural land. The have issued series of warnings to Federal government to release Nnamdi Kanu, Dazuki and others they are illegally detaining. Also to single oil bloc illegal operators to hands off from any operation patterning any oil bloc around Niger Delta.
The duo who spoke an interactive session with a coalition of civil societies in Lagos, chaired by Dr Moses Ilo, founder of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, stressed that nefarious activities of Niger Delta youths are currently sabotaging efforts being made by the government to revamp the nation’s economy. Mohammed while lamenting the situation said there was no other solution to the issues happening in Niger Delta other than engaging them in meaningful dialogue. “The military barrels cannot stop or solve the problem of militancy in the Niger–Delta region. I will have to go back to my brothers; they are our brothers we will go and dialogue with them” Kachikwu said.
The Same day, being 23th of May 2016 same federal government have just launch sophisticated gunboats against Niger Delta youths across Biafra Land. Service chiefs led by the chief of defence staff were converged on Ojoloma jetty in Okrika under 82 division of the Nigerian Army to launch the gunboats in the Niger Delta Biafraland. While addressing the press, the Chief of Army Staff General Buratai said "the Niger Delta youths that called themselves "Avengers" are not avenging anything, we out in full force to crush them off from the surface of the earth. The youths are destroying the only asset Nigeria has, and we must strive fast to stop them from destroying oil pipes".
This has been a strategy the government of Buhari wants to engage in killing the Niger Delta youths secretly while appearing responsible before the international watch. Also, remember that the president has not done anything about the Hausas/Fulani herdsmen massacre and Boko Haram insurgency. All these forces are being ordered just because crude is the live wire of Nigeria. The Ex-president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan plan was grounded in South Africa as he was about shopping for arms in black market when the United States of America refused him access.
Immediately Buhari resumed office. The same seized money was released to Buhari. Recently, USA Military released 23 fighting trucks to the federal government. So, the Niger Delta youths are killed, is with the cooperation of the United States and Britain. By Prince Richmond Amadi
