The time now is
9: 45 am, and the court-room is packed full with Biafrans, but the Judge,
John Tsoho is not yet in court. Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB),
Nnamdi Kanu, is not yet in the court.
The prosecution team, led by Barrister Mohammed
Diri, is in; and the Biafra Defence team is also in the courtroom. As we are
writing this, there is power failure. This is the second time it is happening
since 8 O’clock.

Kanu is in now, and the Judge is in, and the judgment has commenced with the
Defence team making introductions. There are 12 lawyers for the Defence.

the prosecution has already introduced themselves and the Judge is about to
give his ruling.

The judge is saying after all that the trial of Kanu will be on the court
order. Then the clincher: the dates for trial will be June 21, 22 and23. The 24
of June is the date for the trial and ruling.
